Candidates under government, sponsor, and institutional categories must apply through official recommendations. Those employed under any Provincial Government’s Ministry of Health must obtain prior approval from their respective provincial health ministry and attach a copy of that approval letter with the application.
Candidates under the open category must apply personally.
Selection will be made based on the merit list from the entrance exam.
For Nick Simons Institute-sponsored seats, the candidates must fulfill their criteria and be recommended by them.
Institutional candidates must be currently working in the recommending institution and provide an official letter.
Candidates must be registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC) or Nepal Nursing Council (NNC).
Applications must be submitted by the deadline.
Admission will be canceled if found involved in any other study or job during the training period.
Candidates under Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Sudurpashchim Province, institutional, and open categories must submit the training fee as prescribed by NAMS, Bir Hospital.
