Front Desk Receptionist

The organization is presently in search of a committed and customer-centric individual to become part of their team as a Front Desk Receptionist. This individual will act as the initial point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, and staff, assuming a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service and assistance to all stakeholders.

Qualification

Applicants must have completed a minimum of 10+2 education.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about the college's programs, services, and facilities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
