Sanskrit Education Has a High Employability Rate

Prof. Dr. Bhagwat Dhakal, Campus Chief of Valmiki Vidyapeeth in Kathmandu, discusses Sanskrit in general and Valmiki Vidyapeeth's revival as a cornerstone institution in Sanskrit education, asserting that all the graduates are employed in some capacity. He claims that Sankrit education provided the foundation for formal teaching-learning in Nepal, and that it should be valued highly, with the government making increased efforts to maintain and promote Sanskrit education not only in Nepal but across the world.
