Requirement
Applicants should possess an MBA/MBS (an M.Phil. or Ph.D. in Management would be advantageous) with a minimum of a first division. Proficiency in written and spoken English, along with contemporary computing skills, is a mandatory prerequisite. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in senior management roles within a reputable higher education institution. Preferably aged between 30 and 40, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing related programs in other academic institutions.
For both positions, candidates must demonstrate a clear vision and plan to independently oversee academic programs, achieving specific targets for admissions, academic results, and the college's reputation. Remuneration and benefits will be determined based on the candidate's experience, self-assurance, and achievements.
