Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering subject from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the engineering field within government or non-government bodies.
- Age must be between 35 and 60 years old.
- Must not have been convicted of any criminal offenses involving moral turpitude (corruption, money laundering, human trafficking, drug smuggling, etc.).
- Must not be blacklisted by current laws and must not hold permanent residency (PR/Green Card) in a foreign country.
- Must not be currently holding an executive position in any non-governmental organization.
