Qualification

• Nepalese Citizen with a bachelor's degree in Nursing/Public Health or a relevant field from a recognized Institution.
• Preference will be given to those who have prior experience in research local based in Barbardiya Municipality/Bardiya District.

Required Competencies

• Sound knowledge of health research and information-gathering systems and methods.

• Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative data collection.
• Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and transcribe and translate.
• Excellent communication skills and computer skills.
• Committed to investing the required time and willing to work beyond office hours whenever required.
