Age limit
- As of Mangsir 19, 2081
- Male Candidates: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 35 years.
- Female Candidates: Must not exceed 40 years.
- For Engineering, Agriculture, Forestry, and Health Services, the maximum age is 40 years.
- There is no age limit for currently employed permanent civil servants.

Offline Payment Process

Minimum Educational Qualifications
(A) For Health Services and Other Services (Technical/Non-Technical) – Officer (7th Level) or Equivalent Positions (Service, Group, Sub-Group):
Candidates must not be disqualified under Section 16 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077, and must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Administration, General Administration/Revenue: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Engineering (Civil, General): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
-
Engineering (Civil, Sanitary): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Or, Public Health Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Forestry (General Forestry): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Forestry, focusing on subjects such as Silviculture, Forest Resource Measurement, Forest Conservation, Forest Research, Forest Management, or Wildlife Conservation (minimum three subjects).

Forestry (Soil and Water Conservation): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Soil or Water Conservation, Watershed Management, Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, or Forest Environment.
(E) For Inter-Service Categories:
As per Sub-section (17) of Section 9 of the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2077:

Candidates must have completed at least seven years of service in a position one grade or level below the advertised position within the Federal or Local Civil Service.

They must also meet the educational qualifications required for the advertised position.

Important Notes

Experience Requirement: Candidates requiring minimum service experience must have completed the service duration by the final application deadline. The extended deadline with double fees will not count for qualification purposes.

Incomplete Applications: Applications missing required documents, qualifications, or fee payments will not be accepted.

Assistive Writer Requests: Candidates needing an assistive writer must contact the Provincial Public Service Commission at least seven days before the written examination.

Interview Requirements: Candidates passing the written exam must bring original and photocopies of academic qualifications, citizenship, and relevant documents for inclusive and open categories to the interview.

Foreign Education: Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit an equivalency certificate from the relevant authority.
