Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be between 21 (twenty-one) and 40 (forty) years old. Permanent teachers and staff in the service of technical universities do not have an age limit.
- To qualify for the Lecturer position, candidates must have completed a Master's degree or its equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution.
- For the Assistant Lecturer of Physics, candidates should possess a Master's Degree or its equivalent in Physics from a recognized educational institution.
- The post of Assistant Instructor requires candidates to have passed the Proficiency Certificate Level, Diploma Level, or its equivalent in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution.
Required Documents
- Grade sheets/mark sheets/transcripts and certificates for all educational qualifications from SLC/SEE onwards.
- Copies of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Documents pertaining to teaching experience and published works, if applicable.
Considerations
- The prescribed educational qualification certificate must be obtained by the last date of application submission. Candidates with foreign educational qualifications must provide a personal letter confirming the equivalence of their academic degree.
- Applicants for the Lecturer position must submit published works, research papers on the relevant subject published in journals up to the date before the advertisement's publication in the Gorkhapatra. Only research articles and reports related to the subject should accompany the application.
- Applications not submitted within the specified deadline, lacking minimum qualifications or required details, or those without the specified fee will not be accepted.
- Experience certificates submitted by candidates will be considered up to the date before the advertisement's publication in the Gorkhapatra for the respective posts. Candidates applying for the lecturer position in engineering subjects should submit a copy of the certificate to the Nepal Engineering Council.
