- Certified documents of appointment as Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor and complete years of experience in the University.
- Publications and copyrighted materials as per clause (d) of Rule 39(3) in ranked national and international journals and ranked books.
- A management plan of 1,000 to 1,500 words for the operation of the campus in accordance with the University's strategic plan.
- Self-declaration that the individual and their family members are not involved in any private educational institutions that conflict with the interests of the relevant study institution or faculty of the University.
