Required Educational Qualification
- Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology—specializing in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology—from a recognized university, along with at least two years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, candidates with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling and a minimum of three years of experience as a supervisor of psychosocial counselors are also eligible.
- Or, applicants must have passed a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling, worked for at least 3 years as a supervisor of psychosocial counselors, and completed the psychosocial counseling Training of Trainers (TOT) training prepared by the National Health Training Centre.
- If the academic qualification was obtained from a foreign educational institution, a certificate of equivalency determined by the concerned authority must be submitted.
- Candidates must have computer knowledge and be able to use MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, Internet, and KOBO Tool with ease, and must be able to type in both Nepali and English.
