Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) announces a vacancy for the post of senior officer. The vacancy is announced under its approved organizational structure and on a contract basis for a maximum of one year according to Rule 4.11 of the CAAN Staff Terms of Service and Facilities Regulations, 2056—on the condition that the appointment will automatically terminate if a permanent appointment is made.

Eligibility:
- Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years of age and not exceeded 35 years by the final date for application submission.
- Educational Qualification:
Must have passed a bachelor’s level or equivalent in Science, Information Technology (IT), Management, or Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
Must have obtained at least six months of Basic Air Traffic Services training from the Civil Aviation Academy.

- Fill in all the details related to the advertisement and pay the prescribed application fee through any of the Payment Gateways in the Online Recruitment System.

- Certified copies of Citizenship Certificates, Educational Qualification Certificates, and Character Certificates (showing age)
- A certified copy of the Basic Air Traffic Services training certificate obtained
Equivalence Determination
- Candidates who have obtained their educational qualification from a foreign board must include proof of equivalence determination.
