Continental Cook Course 

The Continental Cook course at United Technical School, offers individuals the opportunity to achieve expertise in European cuisines such as those of Spain, France, Italy, and more. Spanning 390 hours over 3 months, participants delve into culinary foundations, knife skills, and various cooking techniques. Practical training constitutes 80% of the program, ensuring hands-on learning, complemented by a robust theoretical foundation. The course duration is 3 months, comprising 390 credit hours.

General Cook Course 

The General Cook course at United Technical School encompasses Nepalese, Indian, and Chinese cuisines, offering a diverse culinary experience. Over the course of 390 hours, equivalent to a 3-month degree program, participants immerse themselves in culinary foundations, knife skills, sauce-making, and other essential techniques. With practical training comprising 80% of the program, individuals acquire hands-on experience while establishing a strong theoretical base. They have the opportunity to explore menu planning, dietary requirements, and unleash their creativity in the kitchen. The course duration spans 3 months, totaling 390 credit hours.
