Ullens Excellence Award and Scholarship 2083

The Ullens Education Foundation is a non-profit academic institution. The foundation operates a variety of educational programs, including the Ullens School, which has been offering the Ullens Excellence Award to SEE graduates since 2018. This year, the school is once again inviting applications from eligible SEE graduates of 2026/2082(BS) for both the Ullens Excellence Award and the Ullens Excellence Scholarship.

This offer is open to students who wish to study in any one of the two high school programs offered by Ullens School; Grade 11 & 12 of the National Examinations Board (NEB) and the two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

Ullens Excellence Award

The 'Ullens Excellence Award' will offer a 100% scholarship to high-achieving yet underprivileged students. A total of five students, ensuring gender balance, who have scored a minimum of 3.9 GPA in the SEE Board Examination and meet the conditions listed below, will be eligible for the scholarship. The school particularly encourages applications from eligible children of low-income families, children of long-serving civil servants in low-ranking positions, and children of long-serving school teachers in public schools.

Ullens Excellence Scholarship

The Ullens Excellence Scholarship is a full scholarship program designed for high-achieving yet economically disadvantaged students from Dalit and ethnic minority communities. A total of five students who have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.6 in the SEE board examinations and meet all specified criteria will be selected for this prestigious opportunity, with a strong commitment to ensuring gender balance.

Eligible students must complete and submit the application form, along with the required additional documents specified in the form, no later than 2083 Jestha 16.
In addition, the applicants must submit personal statements describing why they want to study at Ullens School, why they deserve the Ullens Excellence Award, and how they will eventually give back to their community.
The complete application form and other documents can either be dropped at the reception at Suresh Raj Building, Campus Two, Ullens School, Khumaltar, Lalitpur or submitted via email: excellenceaward@ullens.edu.np.

Important Notes

Any attempt to influence the scholarship selection process or the school's decision on behalf of an applicant will lead to immediate disqualification. This includes phone calls or personal outreach to school leaders, teachers, members of the School Management Committee, or the Board of Trustees of Ullens Education Foundation.
Submission of documents that are forged, altered from the original, or materially incomplete will result in disqualification from the scholarship. If a selected applicant is found to have provided such documents, their scholarship will be revoked.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified by 2083 Jestha 20 regarding the further steps in the application process.
