The Directorate of Education Development, Ministry of Social Development, Government of Bagmati Province, has published a notice regarding the submission of Applications for Technical Higher Education Study Scholarships. In accordance with the Educational Scholarship Directorate, 2083, students from marginalized and underprivileged families residing within Bagmati Province are to be selected for the academic scholarship programs specified below for the Fiscal Year 2082/083, to be provided by the Government of Bagmati Province.
Therefore, interested students who meet the conditions as per Section 4 of the Educational Scholarship Directorate, 2083, have passed the entrance examinations conducted by the authorized bodies associated with the respective academic programs, have been selected, and are currently studying in the first year/first semester, are hereby notified to submit their applications to this Directorate within 15 (fifteen) days along with the documents according to Schedule 1 and 2 of the Directorate.

Documents to be Submitted Along with the Application:
- Application form in the format of Schedule 2 of the Educational Scholarship Directive, 2083.
- Recommendation from the relevant authority in the format of Schedule 1 of the Educational Scholarship Directive, 2083, certifying that the applicant belongs to a marginalized community or an underprivileged family.
- Proof of being a permanent resident of Bagmati Province.
- Certified copies of educational qualification certificates and transcripts/mark sheets from all levels.
- A recommendation letter from the concerned local level authority certifying that the school where the student studied and passed is a community (government) school.
- In the case of MBBS and BAMS: Certified merit list showing the applicant has passed the entrance examination conducted by the Medical Education Commission, and proof of admission if already enrolled.
- In the case of Staff Nurse study scholarships, [the applicant must provide] the GPA obtained in Class 10, the standardized grade points in Science, Mathematics, and English subjects, and the proof of enrollment in a constituent, partnership, or private affiliated educational institution under CTEVT.
- In the case of BVSc (Veterinary), Agriculture (B.Sc.Ag.), and Engineering: Certified merit list showing the applicant has passed the entrance examination conducted by the relevant college or university, and proof of admission if already enrolled.
- A recommendation letter from the educational institution or campus where the student is currently enrolled or will be enrolled.
