Russian House, Kathmandu calls for applications for Russian state scholarship 2023/2024. The media of learning is in Russian language under the Russian state scholarship program. All selected applicants will get an extra year (first year) to learn Russian language from their chosen university. (It enters into the scholarship)
Eligibility
*Nepalese citizens are eligible to apply for Russian state scholarship for graduate courses (Bachelor/Masters/ PhD) in Russian State Universities.

Fill out your online application and attach the required documents
Complete the screening tests in your country
Receive an invitation to study and a study visa

What is inclusion and not inclusive of this scholarship?
Included
- Higher education will be provided for free
- Special subsidy payments for accommodation in University hostel.
(Payment will be reduced to nomination fee)
Not Included In
- Flight fees and other transport charges
- Medical Insurance
- Documentary Interview Charges
Note: Monthly living expense (living charges vary depending on the city. In Moscow it is approximately 200-300 USD per month and other areas it will fall significantly.
