Manager of the Year Award 2022

Management Association of Nepal (MAN) invites nominations from relevant individuals and organizational bodies of deserving candidates for Manager of the Year Award (MYA)-2022. Nominations would be subject to the conditions as stipulated in the MAN Awards guidelines.

Candidate eligible for nomination for the Manager of the Year Award should be serving as Chief Executive Officer or institutional head of an organization and meet the following conditions:

1. Career Length: With tenure of minimum two financial years in the current position.
2. Agency: Working in or associated with a legally registered and renewed organization (for profit or non-profit).
3. Scope: Have made significant contributions in organizational performance and created substantive leadership impact.

The completed Nomination Form with required documents should be submitted on or before January 5, 2022 in sealed envelopes or through email. All required documents are available upon request by email. Alternatively, hard copies may be obtained from MAN office from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Evaluation Criteria and Weights

Evaluation of the eligible applicants is based on the following criterion measures applicable to specific Award categories. 

1. Organization achievement (50 percent weight) 
   1. Increased business/activity/resources (10 percent)
   2. Improved stakeholders’ perception (10 percent)
   3. Accelerated innovation/ change initiatives (10 percent)
   4. Enhanced market/domain standing (10 percent)
   5. Added organization/capacity development measures (10 percent)
2. Leadership impact (50 percent weight)
   1. Strategic clarity (10 percent)
   2. Transformative influence (10 percent)
   3. Ethical and social perceptiveness (10 percent)
   4. Entrepreneurial inclination (10 percent)
   5. Professional perspective and contribution (10 percent)
