- Collaboration of at least 3 Faculty Members (1 PI and 2 Co-Is)
- Collaboration could be intra- or inter-departmental, inter-campus/university or international
- Project period: 3 years
- Commit to supervise and fund: at least 1 PhD and 1 Masters or 3 Masters theses

- Nepali citizen
- PhD degree
- Full time Faculty for past three years in a HEI in Nepal after receiving PhD degree
- Two original research articles published in ranked* journals as a major author**
|
- Full time Faculty for 1 year
- Masters Degree with Thesis***
- One original research article published in peer-reviewed journal
