In accordance with the letters from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, Scholarship Division, 5 seats have been allocated for Nepali students to study in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program for the 2026 academic session.
This is under the 'Founder Miyan Scholarship 2026' program at the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT), Bangladesh, which includes a 100% waiver on college tuition fees.
Candidates who are on the merit list of the MECEE-BL 2026 results for the BSc Nursing program and meet the specified eligibility criteria are invited to apply online through their profiles. This notice is published for applications to be submitted from 9:00 AM on April 10, 2026, until 5:00 PM on April 13, 2026.
A. Category-wise Distribution of Seats

B. Minimum Qualifications and Criteria
- Must be included in the merit list of the BSc Nursing academic program from the results of the Integrated Entrance Examination (MECEE-BL 2026).
- Must not have obtained a No Objection Letter (NOC) for foreign study.
- Must not have been nominated for any other foreign scholarship.
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Applicants are advised to visit the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) website to review their specific criteria.
C. Online Application Process
- Candidates on the merit list of the Integrated Entrance Examination must browse the Medical Education Commission (MEC) web portal at https://entrance.mec.gov.np, click the Login button, and log into their profile.
- After logging in, click on "View Details" under the MECEE-BL 2026 section in the Application Menu.
- In the Action Column of the BSc Nursing program, click the "Apply" button next to "BSc Nursing Bangladesh Scholarship (2026)" and submit the form.
D. Candidate Selection Process
After the online application deadline expires, candidates will be selected through Open House Matching based on the merit list, the type of school attended, and the inclusive group designated during the initial exam application. This will be conducted in accordance with the "Medical Education Integrated Entrance Examination and Student Admission Procedure, 2079 (including amendments)."
The Open House Matching will be held at the Medical Education Commission, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

E. Documents to be brought by candidates for Open House Matching:
- Admit Card and Score Card of the Bachelor Level Integrated Entrance Examination (MECEE-BL 2026).
- Original certificate of Nepali Citizenship.
- Grade sheet of Class 10 and Transcript of Class 12.
