The Rapti Rural Municipality has approved the maximum fee structure for institutional (private) schools for the academic session 2083. As per the official notice dated 2083/01/04, all schools operating within the municipality must implement the following fee structure and comply with the stated provisions.

Key Provisions
- Admission and Deposit Fees: Charged only once; deposit is refundable
- Transportation Fee:
- Up to 2 km: NPR 500
- Additional NPR 50 per km beyond 2 km
- Hostel and Meal Charges: To be determined in coordination with parents
- Special Training Fees: Decided through parent-teacher meetings
- Special Facilities: Fees for schools with additional facilities will follow provisions under the Education Rules, 2059
