A Nepalese student who has gone abroad for a scholarship or training shall submit a report in a format prescribed in schedule 3 pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act after the completion of his/her study.

A person who is going for a scholarship or training shall submit a report in a format prescribed in schedule 3 pursuant to Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Act.
