The Faculty of Management's (FoM) primary purpose is to prepare students for careers in business, industry, government, and society. It is also committed to improving business and public administration knowledge and understanding. FoM strives to build networking with management institutes in the country and abroad to share new knowledge, technology, and methodologies to improve corporate and government management effectiveness. It also aspires to constantly create and promote cost-effective, socially relevant, modern technology-based management educational programs in Nepal for skills, interests, and values, all of which are critical factors in management.Each of the academic programs run by FoM has its own set of objectives. • To generate socially responsible and innovative entrepreneurs who can promote commerce and industry for Nepal's socio-economic development.
• Conducting research and developing management Academics and practical managers might benefit from programs that improve their knowledge and skills.
• To develop and promote management programs that serve Nepal's different social and economic sectors.
• To build collaborations with renowned universities and management institutes throughout the world in the development and execution of programs, and
• To prepare public-sector managers who are knowledgeable in public policy management and governance.
