Purbanchal University's Faculty of Arts, Law, and Education is one of the university's most prestigious faculties. This faculty's mission is to generate high-quality human resources in a variety of social science, education, and law programs while also broadening critical awareness of the human world.

This faculty has been offering a number of pioneering undergraduate and graduate degrees such as Bachelor in Social Work, Bachelor in Media Technology, Bachelor in Mass Communication and Journalism, Bachelor in Interior Design, Bachelor in Education, Bachelor in Law, Bachelor in Liberal Arts Studies, Master in Sociology/Anthropology, Master in Mass Communication and Journalism, Master in Media Technology, Master in Development Studies, Master in Population and Rural Development, Master in Education and Master in Law. The faculty is planning to launch MPhil/PhD in Social Sciences soon.

With three constituent centers/institutions and a number of community and private colleges affiliated with it, the faculty is diverse. The faculty is pleased to be a part of Nepal's quality and competitive higher education drive, which is based in Biratnagar, the capital city of Province No. 1 and an industrial hub of the country.
