Texas Career Fair 2024 Bridges Students to Opportunities with Over 2,000 Participants

Texas College, situated in Chahabil, Mitrapark, hosted the "Texas Career Fair 2024." With the participation of most second-year and above students alongside 58 companies, the event drew over 2,000 students. The fair aimed to connect classroom knowledge with practical job opportunities. Many students secured jobs, while others gained valuable experience.

Executive Chairman Bhesh Raj Pokharel emphasized the importance of such events in addressing the disconnect between education and the job market. He noted the fair's success in providing job opportunities to students and encouraging them to pursue their career goals. Similarly, Principal Shyam Sundar Shrestha encouraged students to view the fair as a stepping stone towards their professional journey, expressing confidence in their future success.

Narayan Pokharel, the Business Director, highlighted the fair's objective of preparing students for professional work environments. He stressed the college's commitment to ensuring that all students have the skills and opportunities needed for successful careers. Pokharel also affirmed that Texas College students have ample job opportunities in various industries, reflecting the college's dedication to student employability and success.
