Government of Nepal has appointed Prof. Bharat Jha as the Vice Chancellor of Rajarshi Janak University. Prof. Jha is the first professor of Medical Biochemistry in Nepal.
Few months back, the Legislature-Parliament of Nepal has endorsed a bill to set up a multi-disciplinary university named Rajarshi Janak University in Province 2.
