The list of students who will be the first to earn various graduation medals and awards in the examinations of various levels and courses conducted by Tribhuvan University at the 47th Convocation has been published by the Examination Controller's Office, Balkhu, Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University will have a ceremony on Monday, Poush 05, 2078 (December 20, 2021). If any student other than those named in the list has a legitimate claim to graduation medals and prizes, he or she should contact the Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu, by Poush 1, 2078 (December 16, 2021) and file a protest. Otherwise, the names of the pupils will be suggested for medals and prizes based on this information, and all parties involved will be notified. Concerned students who have received the aforementioned Conclusion Medal and Award should contact the Examination Control Office in Balkhu on Poush 02, 2078 (December 17, 2021) with a photocopy of their original transcript and proof of citizenship.
P.S.: Since some of the students who received the aforementioned graduation medal/prize attended the 46th Convocation Ceremony, they should contact this office with their transcript, certificate, and photocopy of their citizenship. Students who earn the Convocation Medal / Award are also requested not to disclose the campus where they acquired it.
