Tribhuvan University, Office of the Controller of Examinations has extended the exam form fill-up notice for Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) for students from first semester (Batch of 2022).

Key Details
- Form submission deadline with normal fee: Baisakh 31, 2080 (May 14, 2023); 23:59:59 PM
- Form submission deadline with double fee: Jestha 02, 2080 (May 16, 2023); 23:59:59 PM
- The fee for regular examinees is Rs. 2500. However, for those taking only one or two subjects, the fee is Rs. 1000. For three subjects, the fee is Rs. 1500, for four subjects it is Rs. 2000, and for five subjects, it is Rs. 2500.
- Students are required to pay the application fee through either eSewa or Khalti. Additionally, it should be noted that the fee once deposited is non-refundable.
- The practical examination and Viva 2080 are scheduled to take place from Baisakh 12, 2080 (April 25, 2023) to Baisakh 27, 2080 (May 10, 2023). A fee of Rs. 1500 has been established for the practical examination and must be paid within four days of its completion, after being signed by the examiner.
Form Fill-Up Process
- The results and attendance information of the internal assessment received by students must be submitted online by the respective campuses/colleges on the examination form.
- A recent passport size photograph of students showing both ears in the online examination form.
- Documents and transfer certificate (only for students who have transferred from other campus/college) etc. should be uploaded in the place specified in the form.
- The concerned campuses/colleges should verify the online examination form filled by the students using the User ID and Password provided by the Dean's Office within Baisakh 29, 2080 (May 12, 2023) and within Jestha 04, 2080 (May 18, 2023) in case of double registration.
- Upon verifying all the details filled out by the students and required information from the campuses/colleges such as attendance records and internal evaluations, a copy of the service fee payment receipt must be submitted to this office by Jestha 04, 2080 (May 18, 2023).
- Once the exam form has been approved by the Dean's Office, students will be able to download their admit card from the website using their Username and Password starting from Jestha 07, 2080 (May 21, 2023).
