Bagmati University Introduces Four New Bachelor’s Programs

Bagmati University is expanding its undergraduate academic offerings by introducing four new bachelor’s degree programs from this year. The university has invited applications for the new programs through its constituent campuses as it continues to broaden access to higher education.

Key Details

According to Prof. Dr. Chandramani Paudel, Chairperson of the University’s Board of Trustees, the newly introduced programs will be offered through four constituent campuses: BHM at Hetauda Campus, Computer Engineering at Kapan Campus, BALLB at Janamaitri Campus, and BPM at Bhuwani Shankar Campus.

The university began offering undergraduate programs last year under the faculties of Management and Law, Science and Technology, and Education and Social Sciences. It also published the first-semester examination results of all three faculties within one week.

Bagmati University has developed 14 academic curricula so far and is preparing to introduce postgraduate-level programs from this year. Established on Jestha 25, 2081 BS, the university currently operates six constituent campuses and has a total enrollment of 550 students.
