Susta Rural Municipality is one of the 7 municipalities in Parasi District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 40,655, comprising 19,704 males (48.5%) and 20,951 females (51.5%), with a literacy rate of 73.02%. Spanning 112.17 square kilometers, Susta Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 362 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 5 wards.
