As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 19,473, comprising 8,793 males (45.2%) and 10,680 females (54.8%), with a literacy rate of 81.86%. Spanning 115.92 square kilometers, Satyawati Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 168 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 8 wards.
