Sanphebagar Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Achham District of Sudurpashchim Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 25,891, comprising 11,789 males (45.5%) and 14,102 females (54.5%), with a literacy rate of 74.43%. Spanning 166.71 square kilometers, Sanphebagar Municipality exhibits the population density of 155 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 14 wards.
