As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 24,759, comprising 12,014 males (48.5%) and 12,745 females (51.5%), with a literacy rate of 75.66%. Spanning 133.8 square kilometers, Sanibheri Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 185 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 11 wards.
