As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 25,996, comprising 13,201 males (50.8%) and 12,795 females (49.2%), with a literacy rate of 70.2%. Spanning 226.7 square kilometers, Raksirang Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 115 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.
