Putalibazar
Putalibazar Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities in Syangja District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 41,743, comprising 19,266 males (46.2%) and 22,477 females (53.8%), with a literacy rate of 82.81%. Spanning 147.21 square kilometers, Putalibazar Municipality exhibits the population density of 284 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 14 wards.
According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Putalibazar has 74 schools. Of these, 14 are private and 59 are public.
