Miklajung Rural Municipality is one of the 17 municipalities in Morang District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 33,167, comprising 15,888 males (47.9%) and 17,279 females (52.1%), with a literacy rate of 82.89%. Spanning 158.98 square kilometers, Miklajung Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 209 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.
