Mangala Rural Municipality is one of the 6 municipalities in Myagdi District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 14,688, comprising 6,927 males (47.2%) and 7,761 females (52.8%), with a literacy rate of 80.86%. Spanning 89.0 square kilometers, Mangala Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 165 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 5 wards.
