Malangwa
Malangwa Municipality is one of the 20 municipalities in Sarlahi District of Madhesh Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 54,550, comprising 27,849 males (51.1%) and 26,701 females (48.9%), with a literacy rate of 68.23%. Spanning 30.44 square kilometers, Malangwa Municipality exhibits the population density of 1,792 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 12 wards.
According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Malangwa has 60 schools. Of these, 30 are private and 28 are public.
