Kedarseu

Kedarseu Rural Municipality is one of the 12 municipalities in Bajhang District of Sudurpashchim Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 21,312, comprising 9,856 males (46.2%) and 11,456 females (53.8%), with a literacy rate of 71.86%. Spanning 113.91 square kilometers, Kedarseu Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 187 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Kedarseu has 54 schools. Of these, 3 are private and 51 are public. The breakdown includes 46 pre-schools, 52 basic schools, and 13 secondary schools. Among the secondary schools, 8 offer +2 programs.
