As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 21,097, comprising 10,269 males (48.7%) and 10,828 females (51.3%), with a literacy rate of 72%. Spanning 132.49 square kilometers, Kalinchowk Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 159 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.
