Jaimini

Jaimini Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Baglung District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 24,628, comprising 11,222 males (45.6%) and 13,406 females (54.4%), with a literacy rate of 78.84%. Spanning 118.71 square kilometers, Jaimini Municipality exhibits the population density of 207 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 10 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Jaimini has 81 schools. Of these, 1 are private and 79 are public. The breakdown includes 56 pre-schools, 81 basic schools, and 18 secondary schools. Among the secondary schools, 8 offer +2 programs.
