Harinas Rural Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities in Syangja District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 13,191, comprising 6,018 males (45.6%) and 7,173 females (54.4%), with a literacy rate of 78.31%. Spanning 87.48 square kilometers, Harinas Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 151 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 7 wards.
