Haldibari Rural Municipality is one of the 15 municipalities in Jhapa District of Koshi Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 32,722, comprising 15,611 males (47.7%) and 17,111 females (52.3%), with a literacy rate of 81.28%. Spanning 117.34 square kilometers, Haldibari Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 279 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 5 wards.
