Ghiring Rural Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Tanahun District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 14,334, comprising 6,568 males (45.8%) and 7,766 females (54.2%), with a literacy rate of 72.98%. Spanning 126.0 square kilometers, Ghiring Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 114 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 5 wards.
