Dharche Rural Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities in Gorkha District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 14,263, comprising 6,832 males (47.9%) and 7,431 females (52.1%), with a literacy rate of 62.55%. Spanning 651.52 square kilometers, Dharche Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 22 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 7 wards.
