Devchuli

Devchuli Municipality is one of the 8 municipalities in Nawalpur District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 58,003, comprising 27,336 males (47.1%) and 30,667 females (52.9%), with a literacy rate of 84.31%. Spanning 112.72 square kilometers, Devchuli Municipality exhibits the population density of 515 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 17 wards.

According to the latest publicly available report of the Center for Education and Human Resource Development (CEHRD), Devchuli has 40 schools. Of these, 11 are private and 27 are public.
