Chure Rural Municipality is one of the 13 municipalities in Kailali District of Sudurpashchim Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 21,400, comprising 10,729 males (50.1%) and 10,671 females (49.9%), with a literacy rate of 77.7%. Spanning 493.18 square kilometers, Chure Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 43 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 6 wards.
