As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 23,157, comprising 11,334 males (48.9%) and 11,823 females (51.1%), with a literacy rate of 81.28%. Spanning 108.46 square kilometers, Chulachuli Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 214 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 6 wards.
