As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 21,681, comprising 9,484 males (43.7%) and 12,197 females (56.3%), with a literacy rate of 70.25%. Spanning 182.16 square kilometers, Chaurpati Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 119 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 7 wards.
