As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 17,798, comprising 8,202 males (46.1%) and 9,596 females (53.9%), with a literacy rate of 71.64%. Spanning 170.32 square kilometers, Triveni Municipality exhibits the population density of 104 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 9 wards.
