RBB-Level 7, Deputy Manager (Accounts) Exam · उप-प्रबन्धक (लेखा)

The level-7 Deputy Manager (Accounts)  उप-प्रबन्धक (लेखा) selection process at Rastriya Banijya Bank consists of a written examination and an interview.

Written Exam- 200 Marks

The first phase of the selection exam is the written exam. The applicants should appear for the exam of two papers, each carrying 100 marks and lasting three hours.​

1. The first paper focuses on Management, Public Administration & Human Resource Management, Constitution, Law, Finance, & Project Management.
2. The second paper concerns the Economic Policy, Accounting & Auditing, Banking & Financial Institutions & Problem Solving.

Each paper may include a single long question, questions with multiple parts, or several short notes under one question. Candidates must use only a black ballpoint or ink pen to write their answers. The applicant must score at least 40% on each paper to qualify.

Interview

The second stage is an interview worth 30 marks.​

Probation Period

6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.

Other Service Conditions

As per the Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) Limited, Employee Service Regulations, 2070 (including the seventh amendment).

Posting of Appointees:

Employees appointed to positions advertised under Level-7 may be posted to work at the Central Office, Provincial Offices, and Branch Offices.
