Candidates are selected through a written exam and an interview for the RBB-Level 6 Assistant Manager (Law) सहायक प्रबन्धक (कानुन) position.

The Rastriya Banijya Bank's Assistant Manager (Law)—Level 6 selection exam is a rigorous two-stage process that evaluates candidates' comprehensive knowledge and problem-solving abilities in law and administration.

Written Exam- 200 Marks

The written examination, the first stage, is divided into two subject-based papers, each carrying 100 marks, lasting three hours.

1. The first paper focuses on Banking, the Banking and Financial Institutions Act, Accounting and Risk Management Systems, and Economic Policy.
2. The second paper covers Management, Public Administration and Human Resource Management, Law and Legal Practice, and Problem Solving.

Each paper may include a single long question, questions with multiple parts, or several short notes under one question. To ensure clarity and standardization, candidates must use only a black ballpoint or ink pen to write their answers. To qualify, candidates must score at least 40% on each paper.

Interview- 30 Marks

The second stage is an interview worth 30 marks.

Probation Period

6 months for female employees and 1 year for male employees.

As per the Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB) Limited, Employee Service Regulations, 2070 (including the seventh amendment).

Posting of Appointees:

Employees appointed to positions advertised under Assistant Manager (Law) (Level 6) may be posted to work at the Central Office, Provincial Offices, and Branch Offices.
